Tri-Counties Regional Center is one of twenty-one non-profit regional centers in California providing lifelong services and supports for people with developmental disabilities residing in San Luis Obispo, Santa Barbara and Ventura Counties.
The California Department of Rehabilitation (DOR) works in partnership with consumers and other stakeholders to provide services and advocacy resulting in employment, independent living, and equality for individuals with disabilities.
The State Council on Developmental Disabilities (SCDD) is established by state and federal law as an independent state agency to ensure that people with developmental disabilities and their families receive the services and supports they need.
The Arc is the largest national community-based organization advocating for and serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families.
With nearly 700 state and local chapters nationwide, The Arc is on the front lines to ensure that people with intellectual and developmental disabilities and their families have the support and services they need to be fully engaged in their communities.
North Los Angeles County Regional Center (NLACRC) currently serves more than 28,000 individuals with developmental disabilities, and has supported consumers and their families in the San Fernando, Santa Clarita, and Antelope Valleys for more than 45 years.
The California Department of Developmental Services (DDS) works to ensure Californians with developmental disabilities have the opportunity to make choices and lead independent, productive lives as members of their communities in the least restrictive setting possible.

Disability Rights California (DRC) is the agency designated under federal law to protect and advocate for the rights of Californians with disabilities.
DRC works in litigation, legal representation, advocacy services, investigations, public policy, and provide information, advice, referral, and community outreach.
