Provide support and encouragement for those individuals seeking or maintaining employment in the community. Promote independence, productivity, integration and inclusion in the community for persons with developmental disabilities with an emphasis on employment. Identify and resolve problems and barriers; document progress and observations; and provide feedback to circle of support. Assist with transportation training or facilitating
arrangements to and from job site. Support the individual’s plans, goals, and objectives. Act as a liaison between participant and the employer to ensure all needs are met. Assist individual in fostering a positive working relationship with co-workers

Requires maturity, dependability, excellent communication skills, and must be proficient in the use of computers and other electronic devices such as smart phones, and tablets. Required to use personal vehicle for company use
